We're taking The Balance Club out into the city for a special visit to Heart: More Than a Beat, an exhibition at Humanarium RCSI exploring the science and stories behind the human heart.

With World Heart Day on 29th September, it felt like the perfect time to come together and learn more about one of the most important - and often overlooked - aspects of women's health: our hearts.

Join us to discover the science and stories behind every heartbeat. Your heart is a wonderful machine. It’s unique to you, and you have the power to make positive choices to keep it working at its best.

‘Heart: more than a beat’ explores what makes your heart tick, how to keep it strong, and the remarkable ways that science and medicine can help it to heal.

We'll meet at Humanarium RCSI to explore the exhibition together, before heading to Humanarium Cafe for coffee and conversation afterwards.
