Your Questions, Answered

  • Our retreats are for people who are seeking something meaningful—whether that’s in their family life, business, motherhood, or life design. You’ll feel most at home here if you value expertise, privacy, and a luxury‑wellness environment that still feels grounded in evidence and humanity. Participation is by invitation or application to keep the group safe, intimate, and aligned.

  • Most retreats run over 2–4 days, beginning late afternoon on day one and ending mid‑afternoon on the final day, to respect your time and travel. A typical day includes expert‑led sessions, small‑group conversations, guided movement, and intentional pauses for reflection or rest. We deliberately balance structure with space, so you’re stretched—not drained—simply supported, not overscheduled.

  • Groups are intentionally small, varying from workshop to workshop and retreat to retreat. Our largest workshop is ‘Own It’, averaging 60 participants (30 pairs of parent & teens), and some retreats have as few as 18 participants, to ensure everyone feels seen and heard. While the programme is primarily group‑based, facilitators are available for brief check‑ins, and we sometimes offer optional one‑to‑one sessions as an add‑on. No matter the workshop or retreat, you are never “lost in the crowd,” and your individual journey is always held in mind.

  • We recommend arranging your own travel and will share detailed directions and local transport options. We encourage you to arrive a little early before the official start, so you settle in without rush.

  • Yes. We design menus to be both luxurious and nourishing, with options for vegetarian, vegan, glutenfree, and other common dietary needs, and we welcome advance notice of allergies or medical conditions. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or navigating perimenopause or hormonal shifts, we make every effort to tailor food, activity, and pacing to your stage of life.

  • Your fee typically includes:

    • All expertled sessions and facilitation

    • All meals and nonalcoholic beverages during the retreat

    • Your accommodation for the stated duration

    • Handouts and digital resources

    • A small, curated gift to support your journey after the retreat

Any addons (e.g., massage, private coaching, or excursions) will be clearly outlined as optional extras.

  • Transparency helps us support you well. Please let us know in advance about any mental health diagnosis, chronic condition, mobility limitation, or significant fatigue so we can adjust the environment, pacing, or expectations where possible. We are not a crisis service, but we are committed to creating psychologically and physically safe spaces for growth.

  • We encourage you to disconnect enough to be fully present, but we do not enforce a strict digitalfree rule. You are welcome to set your own boundaries—some participants turn off work notifications, while others check in briefly. What matters is that you show up for yourself, not for your inbox.

  • To protect the privacy of all participants, we ask that you do not record or film sessions, and that you avoid sharing identifiable details or images from group work on public platforms. Lead facilitators may share highlevel insights or reflections in their own communications, but your specific story remains yours.

  • Spaces are limited and often fill several weeks or months ahead. We invite you to register your interest early, and then we confirm details and dates once the cohort is stabilising. If you are waiting for budget approval or travel arrangements, please let us know so we can advise on timing.

  • A nonrefundable 50% deposit secures your place. The balance is due by a set date, usually several weeks before the retreat. Cancellations made within a set window may be eligible for a partial refund or transfer to another date, depending on availability and circumstances. We cannot guarantee refunds for cancellations close to the start, but we will always try to be fair and compassionate in exceptional situations.
