Restorative, Hatha & Ashtanga Yoga Practitioner

Veronica is a yoga and movement guide devoted to creating spaces where you can soften, pause and gently return home to yourself. Formally trained in Hatha, Ashtanga, Restorative, and Children’s Yoga—as well as Pilates and Fitness Instructor with the National Council for Exercise & Fitness—she brings a rich, multidimensional understanding of the body, breath, and nervous system to every practice.

With many years of teaching experience, Veronica weaves mindful movement, breathwork, and embodied awareness to help participants feel grounded, open, and deeply supported—exactly as they are.

Veronica creates warm and steady retreat spaces with care and authenticity, blending thoughtful sequencing, restorative stillness, and practices that invite inner listening. Her approach is rooted in the belief that yoga is a pathway to presence and remembrance: a gentle way of reconnecting with the wisdom and wholeness that already lives within you.

Her teaching is shaped by years of study, devoted personal practice, and a deep love for yoga’s transformative power—not only as movement, but as a lived, embodied experience that supports you on and off the mat.
