Aoife Nic Shamhráin and Ciara McKenna are the co-founders of Rose Clinic Bray, a specialist women’s health and menopause clinic in Bray, launched in 2024 with a shared mission to make expert, compassionate care more accessible to women at every stage of life.
Both highly experienced GPs with specialist training in women’s health and menopause, Aoife and Ciara combine clinical excellence with a fresh, down-to-earth approach. They’re passionate about empowering women with clear, evidence-based advice—whether in the clinic or through their podcast Lady Bites, which they co-host with Dr Louise Fitzgerald.
Outside the clinic, Aoife is in the sea, on the bike or playing flute, while Ciara balances running, pilates and a talent for baking showstopper cakes.
