Christine Molloy is a Wellbeing Coach and Workplace Wellbeing Consultant who helps people navigate life's transitions with greater clarity, confidence and self-compassion. Her work supports women who are balancing careers, family, relationships and the changing demands of midlife, helping them build healthy, sustainable lives without sacrificing the parts of themselves that bring them joy. Drawing on coaching, neuroscience and evidence-based wellbeing practices, Christine helps bridge the gap between knowing what supports wellbeing and putting those principles into practice in everyday life. Her sessions are practical, engaging and experiential, leaving people with simple tools they can use immediately.
