Longevity and Quality of Life are deeply interconnected, ideally working together to create a “healthspan”—the period of life spent in good health—that closely matches a person’s total lifespan.

Research and public health guidance point instead to consistent habits such as regular physical activity, enough sleep, healthy routines, mindful stress reduction, and meaningful social connection.
